According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. If you can not find translation organization, please contact CUCAS. Graduation certificate must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.

According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: academic transcript in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit.
